1. Service Description
RoBoVai (the "Platform") is a robot product information and procurement matching platform. The Platform provides product browsing, inquiry submission and brand matchmaking services. The Platform does not act as a buyer or seller and is not responsible for the performance of procurement contracts.
2. User Registration
Full platform features require account registration. You must provide accurate and truthful information and are responsible for account security. Registering fake accounts, impersonating others or transferring accounts to third parties is prohibited.
3. User Conduct
You may not: post false information, malicious reviews or spam; infringe intellectual property rights; conduct any form of network attack or malicious scraping; or use the platform for illegal activities. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
4. Intellectual Property
All platform content (including but not limited to text, images, data and software) is owned by RoBoVai or the respective rights holders. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or commercial use is prohibited.
5. Disclaimer
Product information is provided by brand partners; the Platform strives for accuracy but makes no guarantees. Prices and specifications may change at any time — the final quote is authoritative. The Platform is not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate information.
6. Service Changes & Termination
The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate part or all services at any time. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes. The Platform is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure (natural disasters, network failures, etc.).
7. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Chinese law. Disputes arising from platform use should be resolved through negotiation; if unsuccessful, submitted to the Shenzhen Arbitration Commission. For any questions, contact legal@robovai.com.
